Because our products are live plants, perishable and sanitary items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Refunds:

  • We guarantee that your plants will arrive healthy and in good condition.
  • If your plant arrives damaged or dead upon arrival, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

How to Request a Refund:

  • To qualify, you must email us at support@PeacefulLivingNH.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged plant and packaging.
  • Include your order number, photos of the plant, and a description of the issue.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Once reviewed, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days or arrange a replacement.

    Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@PeacefulLivingNH.com.

Exclusions:

  • We cannot issue refunds for plants that were healthy upon delivery but later declined due to planting, care, weather conditions, or neglect.
  • Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
