The Best Cauliflower Hummus

Cauliflower hummus in a small bowl with a handle. The hummus is garnished with a sprig of mint in the middle, and some diced chives around the edges. The bowl in which the cauliflower hummus sits, has a brown rim. The bowl sits on a table, and is surrounded by 2 long pieces of chives, on both the top right corner, and the bottom left corner.

Cauliflower hummus is made with roasted cauliflower which makes it extra flavorful. It is lower in carbs than the traditional hummus, but taste amazing if not even better than the traditional hummus, in my opinion.
