This balsamic vinaigrette is slightly sweet and savory. It is perfect for any salad. It is absolutely refreshing, and it elevates the flavors in any salad.

Equipment

  • Mason jar with lid
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring Spoons

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 and ½ teaspoon raw honey
  • ¾ teaspoon yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • ¼ and an 1/8 teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a mason jar. Close tight and shake well until everything is well combined.
  • Serve with Berry Mixed Greens Salad or any salad of your liking. You can also use this vinaigrette as a marinade.
