How to Make Gluten Free Sourdough Starter

She could eat this all week long without complaining, and then ask for it again after she had finished the entire stew by herself. You could use lactose free yogurt for this recipe. I make my own lactose free yogurt by using lactose free, but not dairy free milk. I have never tried it with dairy free yogurt, but I guess there is always something new to experiment with. Who knows, maybe one day I will.
