Soy Dipping Sauce

This Soy dipping sauce is so versatile. It can be used for dipping tuna cakes, fish cakes, spring rolls, rice, or almost anything. It adds a refreshing flavor to many Asian based dishes, and it enhances their flavor. It can be easily adapted, and it is a must have with many of these dishes.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup soy sauce or liquid aminos
  • ¼ cup white vinegar or rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • 1 clove of garlic roughly diced
  • ½ jalapeno diced into thin circular shapes

  • Measuring cups
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting board
  • Serving bowl

Method
 

  1. Add all these ingredients into a small serving bowl. Give everything a quick mix. Cover and place in the fridge for 10 to 30 minutes to allow it to marinate.
  2. Serve with tuna cakes, spring rolls, or over rice.
